Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is important to know because it will keep your costs down.

Please note that we need to receive at least 48 business hours notice of non-attendance, otherwise a fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 48 business hours will incur a fee of $50.00

Cancellations within 24 business hours will incur a fee of 90% of the full fee

Clients who fail to attend will be charged 90% of the full fee
